Meet the Firm’s Attorney

Antonio Apolito, Attorney at Law

Antonio Apolito started AA Law Firm, P.A. in 2021 after graduating from law school to serve the people of Southwest Florida. He is the sole attorney who runs the law practice from a virtual office here in Naples.

Antonio grew up in an Italian family after his mother and many other members of his family immigrated to the United States of America from Italy. Growing up in an immigrant Italian household impressed upon him the immeasurable importance of family values, an appreciation for all of the freedoms and liberties this great country has to offer, and a healthy respect for great food!

In 1996, his parents brought him to Naples, Florida where he graduated from Palmetto Ridge High School 11 years later. He later obtained his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida where he attended the Army ROTC program. Antonio contracted to serve in the U.S. Army while pursuing his undergraduate degree.

An Honor to Serve

It was always Antonio’s desire to serve his country as tribute for the opportunities and prosperity the U.S. provided to his immigrant family. In May of 2011, Antonio commissioned in the U.S. Army on active duty as a Second Lieutenant for aviation. He graduated from the U.S. Army’s flight school at Ft. Rucker, Alabama as a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter pilot and deployed to Kandahar, Afghanistan a short 6 months later in December of 2012 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

After returning from Afghanistan, Antonio continued to serve in the U.S. Army where he held positions in units at Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah, Georgia and Fort Drum, in upstate New York. In various positions, Antonio was directly responsible for leading many soldiers and accountable for tens of millions of dollars in aircraft and equipment. While stationed at Fort Benning, Georgia, he completed the Maneuver Captains Career Course at the Maneuver Center of Excellence. By the time Antonio separated from the U.S. Army, he had achieved the title of Pilot-in-Command, the rank of Captain, and had been responsible for managing, planning, and resourcing aviation lift operations for the 10th Mountain Division which had a combat aviation brigade consisting of over 2,500 soldiers, a $2.765B fleet of 125 aircraft, and an annual training budget of over $64M. During his Army career, he had received the highest evaluation marks and was rated as the number 1 Captain in his squadron. His awards include the Air Medal, The Army Commendation Medal, 3 Army Achievement Medals, the Afghanistan Campaign Medal, the NATO Medal, the Parachutist Badge, and the Army Aviator Badge. He amassed over 450 flight hours in a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter and was inducted into the Order of the Spur; a rich cavalry tradition.

LEGAL CAREER

Antonio separated from the U.S. Army in 2018 to attend law school. Upon receiving an honorable discharge, he enrolled in the law program at the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington D.C.. While in law school, he held internships at the Aeronautical Repair Station Association managed by OFM&K, P.L.C. and The Heritage Foundation’s Center for Legal and Judicial Studies.  He also served in the law school’s Veterans Advocacy & Estate Planning legal clinic where he assisted indigent clients with legal help.

Antonio completed courses in Administrative Law, Legal Drafting, Trusts and Estates, and Tax on Wealth Transfers & Estate Planning. He graduated from the law program with a cumulative GPA of 3.418 and a class ranking in the 34.09th percentile, receiving his Juris Doctor in May of 2021 after making the Dean’s List. Shortly thereafter, Antonio took the Florida Bar exam and was sworn into the Florida Bar as a newly admitted attorney on October 11, 2021.

Antonio lives in Naples with his beautiful wife, Jordan, and their daughter, Elisa, who he loves more than anything in the world. He loves the outdoors and has always had a passion for boating and fishing. He has always had an interest in the law and has a passionate fascination with the brilliance of our nation’s great founders, the Constitution, and the principles that secure our God-given freedoms.
